hotel is located in a beautiful place, you wake up and look out the balcony you see the beautiful mountains. facilities are very good. Bathroom is spacious. beds are very comfortable. room in spite of having an extra bed was still quite spacious. right breakfast. hotel staff, at the reception and in the restaurant, friendly and helpful. good and varied dinners. They have a club to leave the children from 5-8 pm for free with a very nice girl. We only left our little one one for a while but she loved it. She would come back with her eyes closed.

We liked everything in general but maybe :. At breakfast there was only one machine to prepare the coffee, so most days you had to queue for it. I suppose that when more people coincided at the same time, that was what happened. Even at earlier hours it didn't happen. dinner service was fast most days, last two nights (there were many more people) we had to wait to get in as we took once inside for dinner, kindness of the service supplemented the wait.

staff, especially at dinner, was quite unpleasant, especially a girl with tattooed arms and another thin girl. if we drank nothing it was as if we didn't exist we got up to order the menu and at the second course we ordered another drink and they didn't bring it was a disaster on the second night the beer I ordered was natural and I commented on it and waitress with tattooed arms, She answered so badly that I told her that I hadn't said anything bad to her and that she was very upset every time she saw us or greeted us with a facial expression.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for the money was great and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning mountain view. The location was perfect for exploring Andorra by car and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

Excellent location to visit both mountains and center of Andorra. High quality food, 3 first and 3 second to choose from the dinner menu. At midday there is something else to choose from. They have digital channels and I could watch all the football games.

breakfast was very fair, pastas were frozen and of poor quality, as well as the cocoa powder (horrible, sandy) and sausages, besides the juices were not natural. We also appreciate that before picking up the breakfast buffet, waiters ask you if you would like anything else, since at 10. 30 sharp they pick up and that's it. We also did not like the little variety of desserts at dinner: cake, ice cream, Macedonia or yogurt all week, more variety is missing, for example fruit of the time. Expensive drinks, 3. 50 euros a litre of water.. We didn't like the room either, it wasn't like the pictures, little light and besides the hotel is in front of a 2 lane road and you can hear a lot. Great value, excellent staff, and delicious food. Convenient location near popular attractions. Spacious, clean, and nicely decorated rooms. Amazing views from the terrace and even the bathroom. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. Would definitely stay again.

That because of a problem with the hot water in the bathroom, without checking it, they make you change your room at 11pm to solve the problem and next day they comment that the room had hot water as if we did not know how to use a shower tap and then asking for more information it turns out that it was the closing of the hot water tap in the room. If at least we had been moved to a higher room because of the inconvenience, on the contrary, we were moved to another room of the same category, without a balcony, worse views and with the added problem of toilet smells. If instead of making the clients move they had made the maintenance person move, surely the room would have been different. Likewise, to say that the girls at reception did everything in their power to help, taking into account that each one of them was alone in her turn to attend to anything from all the customers.
